FusionRelay Explorer — License, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

FusionRelay and its owner(s) grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the FusionRelay Explorer VS Code extension ("Software") solely for your personal or internal business use during the active term of your purchased license.

2. Ownership

The Software is owned exclusively by FusionRelay and its owner(s). You are licensing the right to use the Software, not purchasing it. All intellectual property rights remain with FusionRelay.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, loan, or distribute the Software
• Share your license key or allow others to use your license
• Bypass or attempt to bypass paid feature restrictions

Any violation immediately terminates your license.

4. Paid Features

Certain features require an active paid license purchased from FusionRelay.com. Accessing paid features without a valid license is strictly prohibited.

5. License Verification

The Software performs periodic license verification by contacting FusionRelay's servers.
Only your current license key or license blob is transmitted.
No other information, metadata, machine identifiers, usage data, or Oracle Fusion data is transmitted.
This is the only outbound communication the Software performs.

6. Support

Support availability depends on your license tier:

• Free users: No support
• Paid licenses: No guaranteed support, response times, or resolutions

7. "As‑Is" Software

The Software is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that:

• Bugs, defects, and limitations may exist
• Future updates or compatibility with Oracle Fusion are not guaranteed
• Functionality depends on your Oracle Fusion instance

8. Limitation of Liability

FusionRelay and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes arising from use or inability to use the Software.
You are solely responsible for configuring and using the Software appropriately.

9. Termination

FusionRelay may terminate your license for any violation of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use and remove the Software.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying EULA.

2. Eligibility

You must have:

• A valid Oracle Fusion instance
• A compatible version of Visual Studio Code
• A valid paid license for paid features

3. Use of the Software

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Oracle Fusion and organizational policies.

4. Updates

FusionRelay may provide updates at its discretion, but no updates or future compatibility are guaranteed.

5. Third‑Party Dependencies

The Software relies on Oracle Fusion APIs and infrastructure. FusionRelay is not responsible for:

• Oracle Fusion outages
• API changes
• Integration failures
• Data inconsistencies

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Interfere with licensing mechanisms
• Attempt to access paid features without authorization
• Use the Software in high‑risk or regulated environments

7. Termination

FusionRelay may suspend or terminate access for:

• License violations
• Unauthorized use
• Security concerns

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

FusionRelay Explorer is designed with offline‑first principles.
The Software does not collect, transmit, or store personal data.

2. Data Handling

The Software:

• Does not send any data to FusionRelay servers except for license verification
• Does not transmit data outside your computer or Oracle Fusion environment
• Does not collect analytics, telemetry, or usage metrics
• Only interacts with your Oracle Fusion environment directly
  All processing occurs locally or within your Oracle Fusion instance.

3. License Verification

To validate paid licenses, the Software contacts FusionRelay's servers.
Only your current license key or license blob is transmitted.
No personal data, machine identifiers, Oracle Fusion data, or usage information is ever transmitted.

4. Third‑Party Services

The Software interacts only with:

• Your local machine
• Your Oracle Fusion environment
• FusionRelay's license verification endpoint
  No other third‑party services are contacted.

5. Security

You are responsible for:

• Securing your Oracle Fusion credentials
• Managing access to your machine and VS Code environment

6. Changes to This Policy

FusionRelay may update this policy, but the Software will never begin transmitting additional data without explicit user consent.
